You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account and book a session.
Booking a session reserves a reader's time. Payment terms and cancellation policy are confirmed at the time of booking. Rescheduling or cancelling a booking should be done as early as possible out of courtesy to the reader.
Live and offline reading sessions: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once, subject to reader availability.
One-time digital readings, add-ons, bundles, and course purchases are delivered immediately or asynchronously and are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals; cancelling does not refund the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, contact us through the Support page.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts used for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
